Asetek Invicta (27nm) Compatibility

Asetek Invicta (27nm) is a popular choice, but “compatible” should mean more than just bolt holes. Think of your rig as an upgrade platform. A modular aluminium profile cockpit lets you add mounts, swap wheelbases and change layouts without rebuilding. This collection helps you match Asetek Invicta (27nm) to a SIMGASM cockpit, with practical mounting suggestions and a clean upgrade path.

Use the right structure for 27 Nm that can stay loaded

Asetek rates the Invicta at 27 Nm peak and holding torque. Its definition of holding means continuous output for up to 40 seconds, so this is not simply a momentary headline value. Long, high-load corners can keep meaningful force in the cockpit, placing sustained demand on the wheel mount, uprights and base-frame joints.

Twenty-seven newton metres enters the SIMGASM over 26 to 40 Nm band. Both Sport and Pro are selected for this collection. Sport is the correctly rated starting point. Pro adds the largest reserve for repeated 27 Nm use, strong load-cell pedals, motion hardware and years of adjustment or accessory changes.

Rigidity is part of the Invicta experience

The Invicta's fast response and 27 Nm sustained capability can make a flexible deck feel vague even if nothing is visibly bending. Keep the load path short and ensure the pedal and seat structures do not move against each other under braking. For customers who want certainty rather than a minimum classification, Pro is our guaranteed 100% flex-free recommendation. It is also the sensible long-term selection for commercial or multi-driver installations.

Use an Asetek-verified mount

Asetek wheelbases use adjustable T-nut mounting and support dedicated front-mount solutions, but compatibility must still be confirmed for the exact bracket revision. Compare the Invicta drawing with the SIMGASM Asetek front-mount bracket or selected bottom mount. Check hole spacing, supplied T-nuts and bolts, engagement depth, quick-release clearance and access to rear cables and the torque-off control.

Start testing below maximum force, inspect every connection and re-torque the mount after bedding in. The cockpit rigidity guide explains why small connection-point movement matters so much at this output.
