Return Policy

SIMGASM B.V. (“SIMGASM,” “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the online store at www.simgasm.com (the “Website”), through which it offers products, Personalized Products, and related services to Customers (as those terms are defined in our General Terms and Conditions).
This return policy (“Return Policy”) describes the conditions under which a Consumer may return a product purchased through the Website.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to submit a return request.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@simgasm.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the address in accordance with our instructions.
If your return request is approved, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The costs of returning the item are for the customer’s account. You will receive the return instructions after approval.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, including food, flowers, or plants, and personal care products, such as beauty products. We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Personalized Products (as defined in our General Terms and Conditions), cannot be returned once we have commenced production. If you would like to cancel an order for a Personalized Product before production has commenced, please contact us in writing immediately at hello@simgasm.com. We will inform you within two (2) business days whether production has already commenced.
If production has not yet commenced, we will process a full refund of the purchase price within 14 days, minus any material or other preparatory costs already incurred that are demonstrably attributable to your order; we will provide the details of these costs in writing upon request. Once production has commenced, the order can no longer be canceled and the full purchase price remains due; you will receive an email confirmation at the moment production commences.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Right of withdrawal within the European Union
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. This right is included in our 30-day return policy.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded within 10 business days on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
