This return policy applies to all purchases made through Simgasm, a company based in the Netherlands, shipping internationally.
Returns must be sent to our warehouse in the Netherlands. The full return address will be provided after your return request has been approved.
Original shipping costs will be refunded in accordance with applicable consumer laws. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
This policy complies with European Union consumer protection laws. If you are located outside the European Union, your local consumer rights may vary. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
We offer a 30-day return period, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
You also have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of delivery, without giving any reason, in accordance with our extended return policy.
To exercise your right to cancel or return, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example, by email).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the product you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
