Our rigs and components are partly made to order. The average delivery time is listed on the product page. Please allow a few business days for in-stock items and several weeks for fully configured rigs. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation with an estimated production and delivery timeline.

Smaller components are shipped with a parcel service such as PostNL or DHL. Large and heavy rigs are delivered through a specialized freight carrier. You will always receive a track and trace link or a delivery appointment proposal.

You have a 14-day cooling-off period starting from the moment of delivery. Within this period, you can register your return. After registering, you have 14 days to send the product back.

The product must be complete, undamaged, and in its original condition. Preferably use the original packaging. Specially configured or custom-made rigs may be excluded from the standard right of return. Please check this before placing your order.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the return is due to an error on our side or transport damage. For large rigs, return costs may be higher due to pallet freight. Always contact support before sending a return.

No. Products that include custom printing, such as names or logos, cannot be returned. These items are produced specifically for your order and cannot be resold.

Yes. SIMGASM rigs are modular. You can add accessories such as monitor mounts, keyboard trays or extra brackets later.

Our rigs support most major brands such as Fanatec, Simucube, Simagic, Thrustmaster and Logitech. Check the product specifications for exact compatibility.

Delivery time depends on your location and order contents. After checkout you will receive an order confirmation with tracking once shipped.
