The right SIMGASM Pro colour or livery depends on your room, the hardware you mount and how much you want the rig to stand out. Choose black or silver for a calm, technical look. Choose white for a bright, modern room. Choose orange, green, blue, red, purple or gold for a bold statement, or a livery such as MARINI, RothBros, JPS or Aichi for a real motorsport feel.
The frame is identical in every version: the same 40 x 160 mm main profile, the same 300 kg rated braking load at the pedal deck and the same motion ready build. Only the look changes. This short showcase without speech puts two colours side by side. Which one gets your vote?
Why does colour matter on a sim racing cockpit?
A flagship frame stays in your room for years, so the look deserves real attention.
Most aluminium profile rigs only come in black or silver. That works, but it often looks industrial. SIMGASM founder Johan Akkerman saw a gap here. Many brands offered a functional way to hold a wheel and pedals, yet very few made colours, liveries, names and numbers accessible at a realistic price. He believes a simulator should reflect the identity of the person or team using it. For racers who stream or chase sponsors, a recognisable rig also helps build a personal brand.
Customers notice the difference. One review on the Pro product page praises a company that makes aluminium profile rigs that do not look super industrial. Another driver wrote that the colour looked even better in person than on the website.
Which solid colour suits your room?
Start with the room around the rig, not with the rig alone.
Black, silver and white
Black is the safest choice. It hides cables and blends with most wheelbases and screens. Silver shows the raw aluminium look and suits a workshop or garage style room. White gives the cockpit a lighter visual presence. It works well in clean interiors where an all black frame feels heavy, and black hardware on a white frame creates sharp contrast.

Bold colours for a statement
Orange, green, blue, red, purple and gold turn the frame into the centre of the room. Pick one that matches your team colours, your favourite car or the accent colour of your setup. A simple trick helps: keep the rest of the hardware mostly black, so the frame colour stays the hero. Also check the stock status on the product page before you decide, since some finishes are temporarily unavailable.
What makes a livery different from a colour?
A livery adds graphics inspired by motorsport, not just one paint colour.
MARINI, RothBros, JPS and Aichi
The Pro comes in four liveries. Each livery uses its own racing inspired graphics and colour scheme. The result turns the cockpit into something that looks like it came out of a race paddock. The product photos show each livery from several angles, so take your time to compare them.

Who makes the liveries?
Personalisation specialist Michal Nevrela brings more than fifteen years of experience with professional print techniques. He translates artwork, colours, race numbers and complete racing liveries into physical SIMGASM products. His work includes the custom simulator for Romain Monti, the first SIMGASM ambassador, which was revealed during SRO SpeedWeek at Spa Francorchamps.
How do you match colour with the rest of your setup?
A few simple rules keep the whole simulator looking planned instead of random.
Limit yourself to two main colours plus black. Let the frame or the seat be the accent, not both. Match small details, such as the stitching of your seat or the LEDs of your wheel, with the frame colour. And plan the screen setup early, because a monitor stand in the same finish makes the build look complete. For a full plan, read building a SIMGASM simulator with colours and personalisation.

Does colour change anything technical?
No, and that makes the choice easy.
Every finish of the Pro sim racing cockpit uses the same 580 x 1320 x 750 mm frame with heavy duty steel reinforcement, the same wheel mount choices and the same 2 year warranty. So first decide on the model and the wheel mount, and only then on the look. Unsure about the mount? Our guide on setting up a GT or Formula position on a Pro helps. Questions about Pro colours and liveries
These quick answers help you finish your choice.
Is the Pro stronger in one colour than another?
No. Every colour and livery uses the same frame and the same specs.
Which colour hides dust and scratches best?
Black and silver hide small marks best. White and bright colours show dust sooner, so a quick wipe keeps them fresh.
Are the liveries printed on the frame?
SIMGASM uses professional print techniques to turn livery artwork into physical products. Ask the team for details on a specific design.
Does the seat come in the same colour?
The seat is sold separately. A black seat on a coloured frame gives a clean contrast.
