If your wheel is clamped to a surface that twists, you’ll chase settings forever. Aim for:
- Zero visible flex when you counter-steer quickly.
- Stable torque delivery (no “soft” feeling mid-corner).
On SIMGASM cockpits, a practical modular approach is the wheel mount base set plus a mount style that suits your wheelbase and seating position. For most GT DD Pro builds, the front wheel mount or bottom wheel mount are the straightforward choices. If you’re planning a heavier wheelbase later, it’s smart to build with that future in mind.
