View full detailsSimagic publishes 12 Nm maximum torque for the standard Alpha EVO. Its model page does not provide a different peak or holding figure, so SIMGASM classifies the base using that official 12 Nm maximum. Because 12 Nm is at or below the 16 Nm ceiling, the Alpha EVO sits in the Hobby tier only.
The SIMGASM Hobby is the minimum torque-matched cockpit shown here. It gives the EVO a fixed aluminium-profile structure and preserves the value of a 12 Nm build without automatically forcing customers into a larger frame. That is especially useful for a compact single-screen setup or a first permanent cockpit.
The Alpha EVO also lends itself to expansion: stronger pedals, additional controls and later wheelbase changes can all increase the demands placed on the chassis. The Club, Sport and Pro remain compatible alternatives, although the collection does not duplicate them. If you intend to run near maximum force for long sessions, Club is the sensible step up. That extra structural margin is SIMGASM's route to longer-term rigidity and the guaranteed 100% flex-free platform recommendation.
No SIMAGIC wheelbase is compatible with the SIMGASM Front Wheel Mount because the bolt pattern does not match. For the cleanest SIMAGIC installation, use the SIMGASM Side Mount. Verify the correct hardware for your exact Alpha EVO and tighten every mounting point evenly. The QR-A and steering-wheel quick release concern the wheel side of the system; they do not identify the cockpit bracket.
Hobby is the accurate 12 Nm classification. Move higher only when your force settings, pedals or upgrade path make the additional chassis capacity worthwhile.
