How can you measure the difference yourself?
You can test the difference on your own rig. Choose one car and one track that you know well. Drive ten clean laps with your current seat. Write down your fastest lap, slowest lap and average lap time.
After upgrading your seat, repeat the same test. Use the same car, track and conditions if possible. Then compare the results. Your fastest lap may not change much, but your lap times may become more consistent.
