Two-Stage Braking System

Soft Stage:

• In a real race car, initial pedal movement (10-20mm) occurs as the brake pads make contact with the disc.

• The T.H.O.R.P. System mimics this by compressing an elastomer, allowing for a natural feel with a maximum travel of 20-25mm.

• Different elastomers adjust the force required without changing the travel distance.

Hard Stage:

• When hydraulic pressure builds up, the pedal becomes firm, just like in a real car where the brake pads fully engage the disc.

• The system delivers 100% authentic resistance, allowing for precise modulation up to 100 bar (185 kg of force) — identical to an F1 car.
