SIMGASM Monthly Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
By entering this giveaway, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions. The giveaway is organised by SIMGASM and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.
The prize consists of one SIMGASM hobby simulator chassis and one SIMGASM Core Recline Seat. No electronic peripherals or accessories are included, such as a wheelbase, steering wheel, pedals, shifter, handbrake, monitor, PC, console, cables, or other equipment, unless explicitly stated by SIMGASM.
Promotional images, videos, mockups, colours, configurations, and visual representations are for illustration purposes only. No rights can be derived from any images or promotional materials. The final prize may differ slightly in appearance, colour, specification, or packaging.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. SIMGASM reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or higher value if necessary.
Participants must be 18 years or older and must comply with the announced entry requirements. Fake accounts, duplicate entries, automated entries, or fraudulent behaviour may result in disqualification.
The winner will be contacted by SIMGASM. If the winner does not respond within a reasonable time or cannot provide valid delivery details, SIMGASM reserves the right to select another winner. Any taxes, import duties, customs charges, or local fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the winner.
SIMGASM reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time in case of technical issues, fraud, legal requirements, stock availability, or circumstances beyond its control.
By participating, entrants release SIMGASM, Instagram, Meta, and any related parties from any liability connected to the giveaway, participation, delivery, or use of the prize.
